Datuk Dr. Navdeep Singh Pannu is a consultant obstetrician, gynaecologist and fertility specialist (FRCOG, London) at Alpha IVF & Women's Specialists, caring for couples across Malaysia through IVF, IUI, egg freezing and every step in between.

Datuk Dr. Navdeep Singh Pannu is a consultant obstetrician, gynaecologist and fertility specialist at Alpha IVF & Women's Specialists in Kota Damansara. Before joining Alpha he spent fourteen years at TMC Fertility (now Thomson Fertility), latterly as Medical Director overseeing its centres in Puchong, Penang, Ipoh and Johor Bahru.
From 2022 to 2024 he served as President of the Malaysian Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology (MSART), and he represents Malaysia on the Education Committee of ASPIRE, the Asia Pacific Initiative on Reproduction. He is a member of the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia. In August 2026 he was conferred the Darjah Pangkuan Seri Melaka, which carries the title Datuk.
Alongside his clinical work he speaks at fertility conferences, appears on television, radio and podcasts, and writes plain-language articles so that couples understand their options before they ever sit down in his clinic. From 2024 to 2025 he wrote a monthly column for Ova, CodeBlue's women's-health site. He co-authored a 2026 expert consensus on access to fertility treatment in Asia Pacific, and leads a Malaysian multicentre study on individualised IVF hormone dosing.

Frozen Embryo Transfer
Using embryos frozen in an earlier IVF cycle, with no new injections or egg collection, in a natural or hormone-prepared cycle.
PGT embryo testing
Genetic testing of IVF embryos: PGT-A for the right number of chromosomes, and PGT-M or PGT-SR when a condition or chromosome change runs in the family.
IUI
Intrauterine insemination: a simpler first step for mild male factor, ovulation issues or unexplained infertility.
Egg freezing
Freeze your eggs, or embryos as a married couple, for later, whether for personal reasons or before medical treatment such as chemotherapy.
Fertility testing
AMH and ovarian reserve scans, hormone profiles, tubal checks and semen analysis to find out what is going on.
Low AMH
A low egg reserve on your AMH test is not the end of the road: a stimulation plan built around your reserve, and an honest talk about your options at your age.
Trying after 35
Fertility falls faster from the mid-thirties, so tests start sooner and the plan makes the most of your time.
Male fertility
Low sperm count, poor motility or no sperm at all: assessment, treatment and sperm freezing for men, in confidence.
PCOS care
Irregular cycles and ovulation problems from polycystic ovarian syndrome, managed with lifestyle and medical support.
Endometriosis
Diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and its pain, with a plan to protect your chances of conceiving.
Recurrent miscarriage
